2. No Guaranteed Outcomes

AstroVinod does not guarantee that any predicted event, outcome, opportunity, challenge or circumstance will occur exactly as described.
3. Personal Responsibility for Decisions
All decisions taken by a client after receiving an astrological consultation remain entirely the client’s responsibility. Clients should independently evaluate their circumstances, available information, risks and consequences before making important decisions.

AI-generated responses may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, misunderstood or inconsistent. AstroVinod AI should not be treated as a replacement for direct consultation with Mr. Vinod, particularly for complex, sensitive or high-impact decisions.
10. No Guarantee of Specific Results
AstroVinod does not guarantee specific results relating to relationships, marriage, employment, promotions, business growth, investments, wealth, legal matters, health, relocation, education or any other personal or professional outcome. Astrology is provided as a guidance framework, and actual outcomes may be influenced by numerous factors beyond astrological interpretation.

ASTROVINOD — PRICING & PAYMENT POLICY
The following Pricing & Payment Policy applies to all personal consultations, business advisory services and AstroVinod AI subscription plans purchased through AstroVinod Consulting.
1. Published Prices
All service prices displayed on the AstroVinod website are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and represent the applicable service fee at the time of purchase. AstroVinod reserves the right to modify, introduce or discontinue pricing or services at its discretion. Any change in pricing will not affect services that have already been successfully purchased and paid for.
2. Payment in Advance
Personal consultations must generally be paid for in full before the consultation is scheduled or confirmed. A consultation slot is considered confirmed only after successful receipt of the applicable payment.
For Business Retainer Services, the applicable annual fee must be paid according to the agreed commercial terms before the commencement of the retainer period.
3. Payment Gateway and Transaction Charges
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways or payment service providers. Depending on the payment method and applicable gateway terms, additional transaction, processing or convenience charges may apply. Where applicable, such charges will be displayed before completion of payment.
4. Consultation Scheduling
After successful payment, the client will be provided with information regarding scheduling or confirmation of the consultation. Consultation appointments are subject to availability. Payment does not necessarily guarantee a specific date or time unless that appointment has been expressly confirmed by AstroVinod.
5. Rescheduling
Clients who are unable to attend a confirmed consultation should request rescheduling within the applicable notice period communicated by AstroVinod.
Rescheduling requests made sufficiently in advance may be accommodated subject to availability. Repeated rescheduling, late requests or failure to attend may result in the consultation being treated as completed or forfeited.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Because consultation slots involve allocation of professional time and preparation, payments for confirmed consultations may be non-refundable once preparation or consultation time has been allocated.
Where a refund is approved by AstroVinod, the refund amount and applicable processing deductions, if any, will be determined on a case-by-case basis and processed through the original payment method wherever reasonably possible.
7. No Refund for Change of Mind
A refund will not ordinarily be provided solely because a client changes their mind, does not agree with an astrological interpretation, does not receive the prediction they expected, or is dissatisfied with the interpretation because it differs from their personal expectations.
8. AstroVinod AI Subscription
AstroVinod AI subscriptions are usage-based monthly plans.
Current plans include:
Basic: Up to 30 questions per month — ₹99/month
Regular: Up to 100 questions per month — ₹199/month
Expert: Up to 300 questions per month — ₹299/month
The applicable question limit is determined by the subscription plan purchased. Unused questions do not carry forward to the next billing cycle unless AstroVinod expressly states otherwise.
9. AI Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
Where recurring billing is enabled, AstroVinod AI subscriptions may renew according to the applicable subscription terms displayed at checkout. Clients may cancel future renewals in accordance with the available cancellation process. Cancellation of a subscription generally prevents future billing but does not automatically create a refund for a billing period that has already commenced.
If a subscription is cancelled during an active billing period, access may continue until the end of the applicable paid period, subject to the terms of the subscription.
10. Service Changes, Availability and Exceptional Circumstances
AstroVinod reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service, subscription plan, feature or pricing structure. If a paid service cannot reasonably be delivered due to circumstances attributable to AstroVinod, an appropriate alternative, rescheduling arrangement or refund may be considered.
AstroVinod shall not be responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including payment gateway failures, internet or telecommunications problems, WhatsApp or third-party platform outages, technical failures, natural events or other force majeure circumstances.
