Vastu – is it a myth or a science?

Vastu literally means architecture of living spaces that are in harmony with nature. Public is misguided in many ways with regards to divine architecture.

Vastu is a summation of many concepts from Physics, chemistry, Electronics etc… apart from that the energies that apply on every living being which are The gravitational Force, North south magnetic flux of earth, and Solar energy are the foundation of vastu designing.

In conventional archictecture designers are trained only to utilize the space efficiently. But in vedic architecture, Fengshui, Egyptian and Mayan architecture designers not only were efficient in utilizing space but also considered natures forces. They considered solar radiation, climatic conditions, and north south magnetic flux while building structures for living purposes.

North-South magnetic flux cannot be seen or experienced but it exists you can observe that through a magnetic compass. The magnetic energy originates from north pole and sinks towards south pole. Vastu principles help us build a structure which can capture the positive magnetic and solar energy which is beneficial to maintain high energy levels in a living space.
